Breakfast:
So full from last night binging that I skipped breakfast
Lunch:
salad (tomato,goat cheese, onion, lettuce) w/oil+balsamico
1/2 slice wholegrain bread +1 sausage
1 orange
tea - 3 cups
Dinner:
1 apple
1/2 goat cheese & wholegrain bread sandwich
10 cashew nuts
a big cup of tea w/milk
Activity:
1-hour Vinyasa-yoga class
100-cal w/o (40 Jumping Jacks with 5! stops - ‘twas really hard)

It was a good day on the whole. I’m glad to be back on track.
Tomorrow I’ll write down my goals.
